Firearm Transfer Terms and Conditions

Legal Information:
By ordering a firearm from Norsso, LLC., your purchase is subject to our terms and conditions unless otherwise stated explicitly on this page. The content on this page supersedes that of the general terms and conditions if a discrepancy is found between the two.
It is your responsibility, not ours, to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws in the regard to the possession, use and sale of any firearm from our website. By placing a firearm order you agree that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner and that you are of legal age for ownership.
Norsso will only send firearms to a licensed FFL dealer. They will not be sent directly to any private party or purchaser through our website. This is not an exhaustive guide on how to conduct a firearm transfer. If you are unsure about the firearms transfer process, consult your local FFL dealer and Law Enforcement agency for clarification and guidance.
Additional Terms and Conditions:
We recommend securing an FFL dealer for the firearm transfer before placing an order. Every dealer is different on how they handle firearm transfers. Please observe the fees and waiting periods that they may require to conduct the transfer for you.
You will have seven (7) days to have your dealer send us the information below after the order has been placed. If the information has not been sent within the seven-day period, then the order will be refunded and subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Please thoroughly inspect the firearm before accepting a transfer. You as the purchaser have the final decision whether to accept the transfer based on the firearm’s advertised condition. Once the transfer has been accepted the sale is final, and support must be provided by the firearm manufacturer for warranty claims, repairs, or replacement. Firearm returns to Norsso will not be accepted once the customer has accepted the transfer through their dealer.
Firearm Purchase Process:
To purchase a firearm from us, please complete the following steps:
- Choose a licensed FFL dealer in your area and notify them that you would like to receive a firearm for transfer from Norsso LLC.
- Submit an order for the firearm through the Norsso website. If you have the dealer’s name already, please include that in your order comments. You should receive a 4-digit order number and a confirmation email.
- Have your dealer email us the following information to info@norsso.com within 7 days of placing your order:
- Dealer’s FFL number
- Your name (billing/shipping info must match the Norsso order)
- The 4-digit Norsso Order
- Make and Model of the firearm being purchased
The firearm will be shipped to the dealer after verification of the FFL’s standing. Once the firearm has been shipped from our facility, a tracking number will be provided to the dealer. From there, please pick up your firearm at the dealer you specified and be sure to thoroughly inspect the firearm before accepting the transfer.
